■ Connect compressed air line to flushing connection [1-12].

9. Normal Operation

Check with the manufacturer prior to using the pressure spray gun to
ensure that the cleaning and preservative media can be used with the
pressure spray gun.
9.1. Operation
Danger!
Risk of injury due to whip-like motion of wand
The material flowing out in combination with the compressed air can
cause the wand to whip around, resulting in injuries.
→ Before using the trigger, hold wand tightly and secure from whipping
around.
Notice!
Damage due to incorrect cleaning media used to clean the
pressure spray gun
The use of aggressive cleaning media to clean the pressure spray gun
can damage the pressure spray gun.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning media.
→ Use neutral cleaning media with a pH value of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, alkalis, bases, paint stripper, unsuitable regenerate
material or other aggressive cleaning media.
→ Contact the cleaning media manufacturer to clarify which chemicals
are used in the cleaning media.
Information!
When using cleaning media, use plastic pressure cups only.
Aluminum pressure cups are recommended when using preservatives.
■ Unscrew and remove pressure cup [1-4] / [1-7] / [1-13].
■ Pour material into pressure cup.
HRS-E variant
■ Place material container in pressure cup.
■ Insert suction pipe [1-3] into material container.
■ Screw on pressure cup.
■ Connect the appropriate wand using the quick connect coupling [1-15].
