Terms and Conditions of Warranty
The Life & Mobility products are made with care and
are carefully inspected before leaving the factory.
Should it emerge that a product does not meet
expectations please contact the party where you
purchased the product.
Life & Mobility respects the laws and regulations that
protect the consumer and that apply in the country in
which the product is purchased.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused
by: failure to observe the instructions for use and
maintenance, use other than normal use, wear and
tear, negligence, overloading, third-party accidents,
non-original parts used and defects not caused by the
product.
This warranty replaces any other warranty, either
stipulated by law or communicated verbally, except
for anything guaranteed in writing by Life & Mobility.
Warranties are only valid within the EU.

Disposal of product and packaging
From an environmental perspective, we recommend
that you dispose of the packaging and the wheelchair
by separating the waste as much as possible, allowing
the waste materials to be recycled efficiently.
In most cases you can hand in your used wheelchair to
your wheelchair dealer. If this is not possible, you can
hand in the wheelchair at your local waste collection
station.
