Warranty conditions

DOCUMENT TO BE RETAINED BY THE USER
(Only submit the certificate in the context of a claim)
- The warranty period is two years from the installation or purchase date and cannot
exceed 30 months from the manufacturing date when no proof can be provided.
- The warranty is only applicable in France.
- The warranty covers the exchange or supply of parts that have been recognised as defective,
and excludes
any claims for damages.
- The user is responsible for labour, travel, and transportation costs.
- This guarantee does not cover deterioration resulting from non-compliant installation, a
supply network
that is non-compliant with the NF EN 50160 standard, abnormal use or non-compliance with
the
the requirements of this manual.
- The certificate should only be presented in the context of a claim addressed to the
distributor or
your installer, with your purchase invoice attached.
- The terms of the present guarantee do not prevent the buyer from benefiting from the
advantages of
the legal guarantee for defects and hidden faults which are applicable
in any event under the conditions of articles 1641 and in accordance with the civil code.
