❐ Use the same sizes of thread for the upper thread and lower thread!
If the sewing machine has already been supplied with inlaid thread, check the thread
guidance carefully before you change the thread.
1. Place the mini sewing machine on a table or another flat and dry surface.
2a. Using the bobbin holder: Pull the bobbin holder out of the device and remove the spring.
First attach one of the bobbins supplied and then the spring to the bobbin holder. Then push
the bobbin holder (with the spring) into the associated opening in the device.
2b. Using the thread spool pin: Remove the thread spool pin from the device as far as the limit
stop and place a spool of thread onto it.
3. Turn the hand wheel until the needle and the articulated thread pick-up are at the top.

8. Lift up the presser foot lever until it engages, and guide the thread into the gap in the presser
foot.
9. Pull the thread approx. 10 cm through and place it to the back so that the end points away
from you.
