risks due to vibration
a. The declared vibration data represents
the main applications of the tool, but
different uses of the tool or poor main-
tenance can result in different vibration
data. This may significantly increase
the vibration level over the total working
period.
b. Additional safety measure shall be
taken to protect the user from effects of
vibration. Maintain the tool and its
accessories, keep hands warm and
organize work patterns and periods.

Position the Spanner (a) (supplied with
7.2
polisher) to engage the flats (b) on the
spindle.
NOTE: It may be necessary to rotate the
Hook and loop Pad (4) (by hand) to expose
the spindle flats.
While holding the spindle with the Span-
7.3
ner, rotate the Hook and loop Pad clock-
wise (by hand) to tighten it.

8. Fitting the foam disc

(See Fig. C).
Foam disc is easily attached on the pad of
your polisher. Fit the pad over the plate so
that it covers the entire area, push and
slightly twist to make sure the Foam disc is
even on the plate.
NOTE: Make sure the Foam disc is even
with the edges and that it's centrosymmet-
ric, otherwise the polisher vibrates badly.
Remove the Foam disc by pinching an edge
and peeling it off.

9. Spread the polish

Spread about a tablespoonful of polish
evenly over the entire surface of the pad
cover. Do not apply polish directly to car.
This first application should do about ⅓ of
an average size car. For the second and
third applications of polish, repeat as above.
The pad cover will not adsorb as much
when reloading.

10. Hand grip areas

(See Fig. D).
Always hold your car polisher firmly with
both hands when operating.

11. On/off switch

Always start and stop the polisher on
against the car surface. Push the On/Off
Switch (8) forward to start the polisher.
Push the switch backward to stop the
polisher.
