• Once you have completed the settings, press START to start.
• The treadmill will start operation after 3 seconds.
• During workout, use the SPEED +, SPEED -, INCLINE + and INCLINE - buttons to
adjust speed and inclination.
• Press the STOP button to stop the treadmill.

Description
• In standby mode, press the START button.
• Once the countdown has elapsed, the treadmill starts
operating at a speed of 1.0 km/h and an inclination angle of
0%.
• All other indicators start counting upwards.
• Use the SPEED + and SPEED - buttons to set the speed,
and use the INCLINE+ and INCLINE - buttons to adjust the
inclination angle.
• When in standby mode, press the MODE button to recall the
time setting.
• "15:00" will be flashing in the TIME window.
• Use the SPEED +, SPEED -, INCLINE + and INCLINE -
buttons to adjust the time as desired.
• Select a value between 5:00 and 99:00 minutes.
• When in time setting mode, press the MODE button to
switch to distance mode.
• "1.0" will be flashing in the DISTANCE window.
• Use the SPEED +, SPEED -, INCLINE + and INCLINE -
buttons to set the training distance as desired.
• Select a value between 0.5 and 99.9 km.
• When in distance setting mode, press the MODE button to
switch to calorie mode.
• "50" will be flashing in the CAL window.
• Use the SPEED +, SPEED -, INCLINE + and INCLINE -
buttons to enter the target calorie setting.
• Select a value between 10 and 999 calories.
