equipment. The quality assurance is governed by a quality management system according to ISO 9001, in which the conformity is declared on the
basis of the quality assurance according to module D and subject the notified body TÜV Austria Service GmbH, 1230 Wien, Deutschstraße 10,
(identification number: 0408).
The notified test institution TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH, Daimlerstraße 11, 85748 Garching Germany, identification number: CE0123, has
carried out the EU type examination and issued the type examination certificate.
