Kondensat manuell ablassen
Sollte der automatische Kondensatablass nicht ansprechen und
das Kondensat die obere Markierung (b) erreichen, muss das
Kondensat manuell abgelassen werden.
Beim halbautomatischen Kondensatablass:
1. Ablassschraube (a) ganz nach rechts eindrehen (geschlossen).
2. Ablassschraube (a) einige Umdrehungen nach links drehen,
bis Kondensat abfließt.
Beim vollautomatischen Kondensatablass:
1. Ablassschraube (a) ganz nach links eindrehen.

Schutzkorb montieren
1. Schutzkorb von unten über den Behälter schieben, bis dieser
einrastet.

Die Einrastlaschen (a) müssen genau auf die Einraststellen (b)
passen.

Safety instructions
In this document, there are safety instructions before the steps
whenever there is a danger of personal injury or damage to
equipment. The measures described to avoid these hazards must
be observed.

Notes on Safety
These assembly instructions do not replace the operating
instructions for other NL1 series components.

Always observe the enclosed instructions.
System is under pressure during operation!
Serious injuries and damage to the NL1 maintenance unit may
occur if the system has been improperly installed.

Check that all connections, ports, and modules have been
correctly installed before commissioning.

Assembly

Assembling/disassembling the reservoir
1. Assembly: Insert sealing ring (a) and screw reservoir on to the
right. Pay attention that the reservoir is correctly fitted.
2. Disassembly: Unscrew reservoir to the left and remove.

Condensate drain
The condensate could cause damage to the compressed air
system!
Condensate is drained in semi-automatic drains only when the
reservoir is in a pressure-free state. Over long periods of
operation, the condensate can exceed maximum capacity and
get into the compressed air system. This could damage the
compressed air system.

Regularly check the capacity of the collecting container.
O
If the condensate reaches maximum capacity, drain the
condensate manually.
O
Do not blow off the condensate uncontrolled into the
environment.
Semi-automatic condensate drain (I)
In a semi-automatic condensate drain (I), the condensate is
drained from a residual pressure of 0.5 bar / 0.7 psi.

To switch to automatic mode, turn the drain screw all the way
to the left. The screw can remain in the thread by one turn or
can be completely removed.
Fully automatic condensate drain (II)
In a fully automatic condensate drain (II) , the valve opens
automatically as soon as the floater has reached the highest point.
The valve closes automatically when the floater reaches the lowest
point.

To switch to automatic mode, turn the drain screw all the way
to the right (left thread!).
If the screw is screwed in completely, the automatic
drainage is blocked.
