are designed as an integral part of the bicycle. Usually the regulations require that ev-
ery bicycle be equipped with bell, front and rear lights and with reflectors on the wheels
and pedals. These devices are designed to reflect lights of roads and cars so as to be
seen and recognized as moving cyclists. Check that lights and their supports are clean,
straight, undamaged and securely installed. If these conditions are not present, replace
them. Rear light turns on only while braking; For night light the bicycle is equipped with a
reflector positioned under the rear light.

WARNING – GENERAL REGULATIONS
When driving, be abide by road regulations of the country in which you are located, includ-
ing the relationship with pedestrians, traffic light and road signs. For more information,
contact the authority dedicated to road regulation. Drive in the direction of travel and
never in the opposite direction. Report properly if you are turning right or left indicating
with your arms the direction you are taking. Drive carefully and watch out for other driv-
ers. Avoid holes, gravel, excessively wet roads, oil, sudden braking, bad roads and other
possible obstacles.
Cross railways or tram tracks at an angle of 90° or get off the bike and cross on foot.
Be careful to sudden situation as the opening of a car door or the exit of cars from
streets.
Pay more attention to crossings and while overtaking other vehicles.
Get to know all the bicycle components. Practice with shift and brake.
If you wear soft trousers or long skirts it is likely to fix them with a cloth peg to avoid that
they get stuck into the chain or the gearbox. Do not carry loads or passengers that can
hinder the visual or affect the bike control. Do not use devices as headphones that do not
allow you to hear traffic noise.
To slow down or stop, first use the rear brake with the right lever and then the front one
with the left lever. The front brake is more powerful and if misused, it can result in loss of
control and driver's fall. Keep a suitable safety distance both from other cyclist and other
vehicles. Slowdown strongly depends on weather conditions.

WARNING – We recommend you not to drive with bad weather conditions.
This pedal-assisted bicycle is not suitable for wet roads, puddles, rain, watercourses, etc.
Do not immerse the bicycle in water, because this can result in a permanent damage of
the electric system.
Pay more attention if it's raining.
