Adding welding processes/operating modes
(upgrades)
 If necessary, expand your welding device with an addition-
al welding process. To do this, read in the appropriate NFC
card using the NFC read surface A43.
 Use the rotary knob A41 to select the ASP code.
9 The assignable Mode LED flashes.
 Using the Welding process button A32 or Mode button
A33, select the desired process or operating mode slot.
 Use the rotary knob A44 to select the desired welding pro-
cess or operating mode.

 Press the Save button A14 to confirm the welding process.

Master Reset

Attention:

All main and secondary parameters and all sys-
tem settings are reset to their factory setting.
 Use the rotary knob A41 to select the rSt code.
 Confirm the master reset by pressing the Save button A14.
Service Release Code
The Service Release Code (r00 to r15) is used, for example, for
manual enabling of the device, when theft protection is acti-
vated or if the user card has been lost.

The welding programmes control panel is ac-

tive during the selection of a welding process
with Synergy mode. Welding programmes
(characteristics) are stored in the device for
these welding processes. Here, these welding
programmes can be selected as a material/
wire/gas combination. Different material/wire/
gas combinations are possible, depending on
the selected welding process.
 Using the C1, C2 and C3 buttons, select the desired ma-
terial/wire/gas combination or that for which the welding
device is equipped.
Select the material/wire/gas combination from

left to right (material -> wire -> gas).
If a material/wire/gas combination is incom-
plete (only one or two LEDs are lit), then the
most recently selected combination remains
active.
