Symptom
No water spray is coming from the
nozzle
No powder/air spray is coming from

Solution
• Remove the nozzle and verify that a water jet comes out from the handpiece
• Check the water adjustment on your unit
• Check the connections between the unit, the cord and the handpiece
• Check the water supply
• Check for presence of water at the cord outlet port
• Check for presence of water at the system connector outlet without cord
• Send the system to an approved EMS repair center
• Remove the nozzle and verify the powder/air come out from handpiece
• Remove any residue with the cleaning needle or the Easy Clean in both water & air channels
• Check the compressed air supply
• Check for presence of powder/air at cord outlet port without handpiece
• Check for presence of powder/air at the system connector outlet without cord
• Check the quantity of powder in your unit
• Change the nozzle
• Send the system to an approved EMS repair center
• Check the position of the nozzle and its position on the handpiece
• Check for residues between the nozzle and the handpiece
• Check that nothing affect the alignment of the nozzle
• Change the nozzle
• Change the handpiece
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an certified EMS repair center
• Check the condition of the handpiece connecting o-rings
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an approved EMS repair center
• Check the quantity of powder in your unit
• Eliminate residual powder present in the channels using cleaning needle or the Easy Clean
• Change the nozzle
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an approved EMS repair center
• Replace the nozzle and check the holding of the nozzle
• If the nozzle doesn't hold or it is not waterproof, send the handpiece to an approved EMS repair center
