appliance. We recommend cleaning the appliance accord-
ing to chapter "Cleaning".
Notes on Use
• The dough may not be too thick, as the rising dough can
come into contact with the heating element.
• The baking time depends on the following factors:
- Type of dough
- Dough cover
- The number of pastries baked at the same time
- Ambient conditions (e. g. temperature, draught)
• The terracotta dome holds the heat well. This „keep warm
function" keeps your pizza at the right temperature.

Recipe Suggestions

Basic Recipe Pizza Dough
200 g flour
100 ml lukewarm water
½ packet of dried yeast
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
1. Sieve the flour and then mix with the salt in a bowl.
Stir the yeast and sugar into the lukewarm water until
dissolved. Work into the flour using the dough hook on
a hand-held electric whisk. Add the olive oil and knead
together to create a smooth dough.
2. Using your hands, vigorously knead the dough on a
floured work surface, and then shape it into a ball. Put the
dough into a bowl, and then cover and leave to rise in a
warm, draught-free place for 45 minutes.
3. Knead the dough on the floured surface again and roll
it out.
4. Cut the dough with the biscuit cutter and place it on the
pizza lifter. Then spread the dough with tomato sauce and
cover as desired.
Basic Recipe Tarte Flambées
300 g flour
125 ml mineral water (sparkling)
4 tbsp oil (tasteless)
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream (Schmand)
50 ml of cream or milk
1. Place flour, oil, water and salt in a bowl and mix with a
hand mixer. The dough must be smooth and not sticky.
If the dough is too dry, add a little more oil and mineral
water. The mineral water makes the dough a little fluffier.
If the dough sticks, add some flour.
2. Form the dough into a ball and place in a refrigerator for
approx. 30 minutes.
3. Stir crème fraîche or sour cream with the milk or cream.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out filmy.
