Step 4:
Installation of the butterfl y arms (5) incl. the left and right handgrips (6)
and (7) on the rear feet (1) with the hexagonal screws (43), the carriage
bolts (42), the sliding bearing (25), the washers (52), spacer nut (37), the
handgrip nut (85) and the self-locking nuts (49).

Place the parts named above near the feet (1). Insert two sliding
bearings (25) in the middle of the butterfl y arm (5). Put a washer (52)
on a screw (43), push the screw through the bearings and screw on a
nut (37) from the back.
(Note: Tighten the nut (37) only suffi ciently to allow the screw (38) to
be easily turned.)

Push the end of screw (43) through the corresponding hole in the right
foot (1). Put on a washer (52), screw on a the handgrip nut (65) and
tighten fi rmly.
(Note: The butterfl y arm (5) must move easily after installation.)
3.
Insert two sliding bearings (25) in the upper end of the butterfl y arm
(5). Align the holes in the U-section of the handgrip (7) with the holes in
the sliding bearings (25), push through the screw (42) and fasten with
the washers (52) and the nuts (49).
(Note: The end of the handgrip (7) must point forwards after installation.
The line of sight is specifi ed as viewed seated on the machine during
training.)

Install the second butterfl y arm (5) and the handgrip (6) at the left side
on foot 1 as described in 1. To 3.

Finally, push a spring circlip 1 (27) on the bar bell weight holders of the
butterfl y arms.
Step 5:
Installation of the leg curler (10), the round pad holders (19) and the
round pads (20) on the front foot (8) with the sliding bearing (25), the
shaft piece (44) and the Allen screw (55).
1.
Insert two sliding bearings (25) in the middle of the leg curler (10). Insert
the leg curler in the holder of the foot (8). Align the holes in the holder
and the sliding bearings. Push the shaft piece (44) through from one
side. From the opposite side, screw the screw (45) into the threaded
hole of the shaft piece and tighten fi rmly.
(Note: After installation, the holder of the foot (8) must not be bent and
the leg curler must move easily.)
2.
Push the two round padding holders (19) centrally into the correspon-
ding holes of the leg curler (10). Push on a round pad (20+20a) from
each side.
3.
Finally, push a spring circlip 1 (27) on the bar bell weight holders of the
leg curler (10).
