Trouble shooting

Malfunction
Immersion tube cannot be inserted.
Immersion tube can not be pulled out.
Immersion tube can not be pulled out

rinsing chamber.

In this section you will find an overview of possible malfunctions which could appear during
operation of the retractable housings, their cause, as well as a guide to appropriate remedial
measures.
Danger! It is essential to comply with the safety instructions given in Section 1 and Section 2.
Cause
Ball valve is not completely opened.
Retention nut is not open.
Ball valve is not completely opened.
Rinsing chamber is not closed.
O-ring defective.
Danger!
Breakage of the protection caging can lead to mixing of process medium and cleaning medium.
Remedial action
Check the ball valve position.
Loosen the retention nut.
Ceck the ball valve position.
Close the outlet of the rinsing chamber
with covers or with valves.
Replace the O-ring in the electrode hol-
der (order O-ring set).
