This product is intended only for the preparation of disks of dough.
Special safety precautions
 Do not wear hanging clothes or any items which can be caught in the machine.
 For hygiene and safety keep your hair tied back and wear protection gloves.
 Use non-slip shoes.
Preparations before using for the first time
Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged. In case of any damage, contact your supplier
immediately and do NOT use the appliance.
Remove all the packing material and protection film (if applicable).
Clean the appliance with luke-warm water and a soft cloth.
Place the appliance on a level and steady surface, unless mentioned otherwise.
Make sure there is enough clearance around the appliance for ventilation purposes.
Position the appliance in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
Functions
The machine is provided with the following controls on the left side:
Switch 0-1-2
- position n° 0 –
off
- position n° 1 –
on  sensor function
- position n°2 –
on  continuous function
On the front panel :
- Black switch -
Set time (setting the working time)
- Red switch -
Stop
- Green light -
Machine starts
Functional verification
After you have inserted the plug into the socket, the machine is ready for functional verification.
-
Continuous mode: press the switch at the left side in position 2 and the machine will start.
-
Stop: press the switch at the left side in position 0 and the machine will stop.

Start the machine without using it, let it run for 1 minute and make sure it is functioning perfectly.
Use
 Before every work cycle always make sure the machine is perfectly clean. In particular those
surfaces that get in contact with the dough.
 There is no standard setting to be recommended. This depends on the characteristics of: dough,
weight, thickness, size and shape of the disk. Therefore the correct settings must be found by trial
and error. The appliance is suited for medium pizza dimensions.
 Before you put the small ball of dough (made with flour and left to rise at least 6 to 8 hours) into the
opening of the highest cover, squash the sides slightly so it can easily go through the highest rollers.
Note that the rollers will automatically start when the dough contacts the top slide plate when in
sensor-controlled mode.
 With this appliance you can create different thickness of dough to suit all requirements just by turning
the black knob. You unblock this knob by pulling it.
Important: all the settings have to be done when the appliance is off.
