Assembly and Operating Instructions
The control has a control voltage of 24V DC which is indicated by the illumination of LED+UB. The supply transformer is fused
on the primary side (F2) and on the secondary side (F1). The LED goes off if the voltage supply to the control is interupted,
e.g. via a safety circuit or after pressing the EMERGENCY STOP button.
Upward door movement can be switched from self-locking mode (DIP1=ON) to deadman's mode (DIP1=OFF) via the sliding
switch.
Integrated operating elements
• Door UP
Pressing the UP button (front) opens the door in self-locking. The door stops automatically when the upper end limit is
reached or if a safety function actuates (e.g. emergency stop switch).
If you wish to change to the Up direction while the door is descending, you must press the Stop button first of all.
• STOP
The opening or closing door can be stopped immediately in any position by pressing the STOP button (front).
• Door DOWN
Pressing the DOWN button (front) closes the door in deadman's mode. The door stops automatically when the lower end
limit is reached.
Control inputs and external pick-ups
• External pick-ups (UP STOP DOWN)
An additional triple pushbutton can be connected, which is identical in function to the buttons on the front of the control.
• EMERGENCY STOP switch (EMERGENCY STOP)
An external EMERGENCY STOP button can be connected to the terminals "control inputs" 5/6.
• Slack cable limit switch (EMERGENCY STOP)
A slack cable limit switch can be connected in series with the EMERGENCY STOP switch.
Potential-free relay
The relay REL 1 is controlled via the function limit switch S7 (orange cam). A potential-free changeover contact is available via
the terminals C, NC and NO.
