The digital signal from this unit can be recorded by MiniDisc recorders, etc.

Remove the DIGITAL OUT socket cover.

Use a connection cable for digital recording to connect the unit to
the OPTICAL/LINE IN socket of a MiniDisc recorder, etc.

Put the MD, etc. in the recording mode.

Play a CD on this unit.

! Headphones
" Before plugging in or unplugging the headphones, reduce the volume.
To the OPTICAL/ " Be sure your headphones have a 3.5 mm (1/8") diameter plug and are between 16

" Plugging in the headphones disconnects the speakers automatically. Adjust the
