To access the cleaning hatches in the Venecia (drawing 29) and Ibiza stoves, open the fireplace door and
remove the ash box.

Large cleaning hatch.

Small cleaning hatch.
In models Kiev (drawing 30), Kiev insert, Oslo and Oslo insert, we shall remove the ash box and the burn pot
to access the cleaning hatches located inside of the combustion chamber. In bigger models, we shall find a
cleaning hatch located in the bottom part of the stove. To access it, we shall have to remove the grid (for
stoves) or the glass trim (for insert models.


Ash box.

Lower grill.
It is recommendable to calculate the frequency with which you clean the outlet cleaning considering the
hours of operation, thus avoiding ash saturation.
Once you clean the walls of the stove, you must be sure that the cleaning outlet is securely closed, since the
proper operation of the stove depends on this cleaning.
5.6. Cleaning of the exhaust circuit of the stove, extractor's collector.
For an optimal cleaning of the extractor's collector, it is recommended to dismantle the extractor itself in
order to have full access to this zone for a better cleaning. Once the extractor is dismantled, clean it with a
dry brush and be careful with the turbine and structure.
The following drawing illustrates model Kiev. What differentiates this stove from the rest is the position of
the extractor.
