CUTTING USING THE LASER MARKER
-
Connect the machine to the power supply.
-
Move the motor head to the position indicated in
the "MAKING A SQUARE CUT" paragraph.
-
Position the workpiece so that the line marked
out by the laser is aligned with that marked on
the workpiece.
-
Cut as indicated in the "MAKING A SQUARE
CUT" paragraph.
-
Switch the marker off after each cut by raising
the motor head.

CAUTION !
DO NOT CHANGE THE POSITION OF THE
MARKER TO AVOID THE LASER BEAM SHINING
IN THE OPERATOR'S EYES.
DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE BEAM WITH
OUT PROTECTION FOR YOUR EYES, OR WHEN
USING OPTICAL INSTRUMENTS.
INFORMATION
WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED CUTTING LOCK
THE CUTTING HEAD IN THE RAISED POSITION
UNTIL THE MARKER HAS BEEN SWITCHED
OFF.
SETTING THE MARKER
When the marker is not aligned with the cutting axis,
it can be realigned.
To position the marker correctly, proceed as follows:

Slacken the three bulb locking screws in order
to allow it to move (photo 19).

Raise the cutting head to a raised position just
before the marker is switched off (photo 20).

Position a tile that is properly square on the
tool's cutting line (photo 20).

Insert the 5 mm Allen wrench provided into the
hole in the bulb (photo 19).

Turn the Allen wrench until the mark is aligned
with the tool's cutting line (photo 20).
CAUTION !
WHEN SETTING MAKE SURE THAT THE LINE
PRODUCED BY THE MARKER DOES NOT
SHINE IN THE OPERATOR'S EYES (PHOTO 21).
