CAUTION !
The following steps are advisable:
During cutting, allow the carriage to move
slowly, without stopping the disc.
Make sure that the piece to be cut is
properly supported by the tile clamp.
3. Installation
Position the machine on a stable surface.
To set the machine for operating, proceed as
follows:
CAUTION !
MAKE SURE THAT THE MOTOR HEAD IS
LOCKED IN THE LOWERED POSITION USING
THE LOCKING LEVER ON THE SIDE OF THE
MOTOR.
MAKE SURE THE WORKING SURFACE IS
LOCKED IN POSITION BY THE CARRIAGE
CLAMP.
a) Move the leg clamps to the released position
(photo 1).
b) Use the transporting handles to lift the rear
(motor side) to the working position (photo 2).

CAUTION !
TO POSITION THE MACHINE CORRECTLY
MAKE SURE THAT THE UPPER HOLE IN THE
LEGS IS ALIGNED WITH THAT IN THE LEG
CONNECTION BEFORE FINALLY CLAMPING IT
(PHOTO 2).
c) Lock the legs in position, one at a time.
CAUTION !
SUPPORT THE MACHINE WHILE LOCKING THE
LEGS IN POSITION.

d) Repeat this operation on the front.
4. Fitting and removing the diamond-tipped disc
Slacken the three nuts on the disc guard and
remove the disc.
Remove the disc-locking nut using a 30 mm
spanner and a 5 mm Allen wrench.

CAUTION !
THE DISC LOCK NUT HAS A LEFT-HAND
THREAD.
Proceed to fit the disc, checking the rotation
direction clearly marked on the tool.
Tighten the disc and replace the disc guard.
5. Transport
The T-3510 can be moved easily using the carrying
handles.
Before moving the machine make sure that:
-
The sliding carriage is fixed in position by
the carriage lock.
-
The motor head is completely lowered,
using the locking lever.
