AVVERTENZE PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
Eseguire l'installazione secondo le norma in vigore nel paese d'installazione.
L'apparecchio deve essere utilizzato solo se completo dello schermo di protezione.
Se lo schermo risulta danneggiato o rotto, l'apparecchio non va utilizzato.
Ripristinare le condizioni originali prima di riutilizzarlo.
, L'apparecchio è in CL II d'isolamento elettrico, fare attenzione che durante l'installazione,
parti metalliche esposte non vadano in contatto elettrico con parti dell'installazione
elettrica collegate ad un conduttore di protezione.
Questo apparecchio deve essere destinato solo all'uso per il quale è stato progettato, e
so, cioè l'illuminazione di ambienti esterni. Ogni altro uso è considerato improprio e pericoloso,
ed il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per danni derivanti da un uso
improprio e irragionevole.
INSTALLAZIONE
SN801
Avvitare l'apparecchio al sostegno per mezzo del manicotto filettato G3/4" (Fig. 1) fino in
battuta sul sostegno. Orientare l'apparecchio correttamente rispetto l'asse stradale (Fig. 2)
(nota: per il corretto orientamento del sistema ottico, potrebbe essere necessario svitare di
mezzo giro l'apparecchio). Avvitare l'apposita vite di blocco posta nel sostegno con una forza
max. di 6 Nm (Fig. 3). Aprire l'apparecchio, svitando la vite (Fig. 4). Estrarre dal supporto circa
100 cm di cavo e stringere il fermacavo PG16 (Fig. 5).

Rimuovere il copridado svitando le due viti (Fig. 6). Orientare l'apparecchio correttamente
rispetto l'asse stradale (Fig. 2). Inserire l'apparecchio sul sostegno e serrare l'apparecchio
con il dado G3/4 in dotazione (Fig. 16). Estrarre dal manicotto filettato circa 100 cm di cavo
(Fig. 8) e infilarlo nel montante passacavo fino a farlo uscire nella parte superiore. Aprire
l'apparecchio svitando la vite sul telaio superiore (Fig. 9). Fissare il copridado con le due
viti (Fig. 10).
Collegamento elettrico
Fissare il cavo di alimentazione allo stringicavo della morsettiera all'interno del cappello
(Fig. 11). Spellare i singoli fili per 8 mm, poi inserire e premere con un cacciavite nei fori
sopra i morsetti, introdurre i fili nei morsetti e togliere il cacciavite (Fig. 12/13). Chiudere
l'apparecchio avvitando la vite.
MANUTENZIONE
Sostituzione pianale
La manutenzione può essere effettuata sull'apparecchio ancora installato sul supporto.
Aprire il copro illuminante. Per rimuovere il pianale è sufficiente svitare la vite sul pianale
(Fig. 14) e rimuovere il modulo (Fig. 15).
Sostituzione alimentatore
È inoltre possibile rimuovere l'alimentatore scollegando i cavi di alimentazione (Fig. 16) e
il connettore dal PCB (Fig. 17). Allentare le viti di fissaggio e rimuovere la piastra cablaggio
facendola scorrere (Fig. 18-19).
RISCHIO FOTOBIOLOGICO
L'apparecchio di illuminazione dovrebbe essere posizionato in modo che non
sia prevista un'osservazione prolungata dell'apparecchio ad una distanza
inferiore di 1,95m [6.3ft].

INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Installation must be carried out in accordance with national standards.
The fixture must only be used when complete with safety screen. If the screen is damaged
or broken, the fixture must not be used. Restore the original conditions before reusing.
The fixture is installed under CL II protection standards, particular care must be taken while
assembling to ensure that exposed metal parts do not come into electrical contact with
parts of the electrical installation connected to a protection conductor. This light fixture
must be installed only for the use for which it was designed, namely for the illumination of
outdoor spaces.
Any other use must be considered to be improper and dangerous, and the manufacturer
cannot be held liable for any damage caused by improper and unreasonable use.
INSTALLATION

Screw the light fixture onto the threaded sleeve G3/4" of the support (Fig. 1).
Direct the light fixture correctly with respect to the road (Fig. 2). (Note: for correct orientation
of the optical system, you may need to unscrew half a turn the unit). Tighten the locking
screw located in the support with a force max. 6 Nm (Fig. 3). Open the lantern by slackening
the screw provided (Fig. 4). Pull approximately 100 cm of cable out of the sleeve, and screw
the cable gland PG16 (Fig. 5).

Remove the nut cover slackening the two screws (Fig. 6). Orientate the light fixture in the
direction indicated on the label affixed to the frame (Fig. 2). Insert the light fixture on the
support and tightening the nut G3/4 (Fig. 7). Pull approximately 100 cm of cable out of the
threaded tube and insert the cable through until it comes out of the upper section (Fig. 8).
Open the light fixture by unscrewing the screws (Fig. 9). Replace the nut cover with the two
screws (Fig. 10).
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Fix the power cable to the cable clamp on the inside of the cap (Fig. 11). Strip the individual
wires to 8 mm, push a screwdriver into the holes above the terminals, insert wires into the
terminal, and then release (Fig. 11/12). Close the device by tightening the screw.
MAINTENANCE
Replacing plate
Maintenance can be performed on the appliance still installed on the support. Open the
illuminating cover. To remove the floor, simply unscrew the screw on the plate (Fig. 14)
and remove the module (Fig. 15).
Replacing the power supply
The power supply can also be removed by disconnecting the power cables (Fig. 16) and the
connector from the PCB (Fig. 17). Loosen the fixing screws and remove the cabling plate,
sliding it out (Fig. 18-19).
PHOTOBIOLOGICAL RISK
The luminaire should be positioned so that prolonged staring into the luminaire at a
distance closer than 1.95m [6.3ft].

AVERTISSEMENTS POUR L'INSTALLATION
Effectuer l'installation selon les normes en vigueur dans le pays d'installation. L'appareil
doit être utilisé uniquement s'il est complété de l'écran de protection. Si l'écran est
endommagé ou cassé, l'appareil ne doit pas être utilisé. Restaurer les conditions d'origine
avant de l'utiliser à nouveau. L'appareil est en CL II d'isolation électrique ; s'assurer que,
durant l'installation, les pièces métalliques exposées n'entrent pas en contact électrique
avec les parties de l'installation électrique reliées à un conducteur de protection. Cet
appareil doit être destiné uniquement à l'usage pour lequel il a été conçu, c'est-à-dire
l'éclairage d'environnements extérieurs. Toute autre utilisation est considérée impropre et
dangereuse, et le fabricant ne peut être tenu responsable des dommages causés par une
utilisation incorrecte et déraisonnable.
INSTALLATION

Visser le luminaire au soutien au moyen du manchon fileté (Fig. 1). Orienter correctement
l'appareil par rapport à l'axe routier (Fig. 2). (Remarque: pour orientation correcte de
l'optique, vous devrez peut-être dévisser un demi-tour de l'appareil). Visser avec la force
(6Nm) la vis placée à cet effet sur le soutien (Fig. 3). Ouvrir le luminaire après avoir dévissé le
vis (Fig. 4). Tirez environ 100 cm de câble et visser le serre-câble PG16 (Fig. 5).

Extraire le couvre-écrou en desserrant les deux vis (Fig. 6). Appuyer ensuite l'appareil sur le
support (Fig. 7). Orienter l'appareil dans la direction indiquée par l'étiquette positionnée sur
la structure (Fig. 2), et serrer l'appareil à l'aide de l'écrou. Extraire environ 100 cm de câble
de la tube fileté (Fig. 8) et introduire le câble jusqu'à le faire sortir dans la partie supérieure.
Ouvrir la partie supérieure de l'appareil, dévissant la vis (Fig. 9). Reposer le couvre-écrou
(Fig. 10).
CONNEXION ÉLECTRIQUE
Fixez le câble d 'alimentation au serre - câble à l' intérieur du bouchon (Fig. 11). Dénuder le
fil pour 8 mm, pousser avec une tournevis dans les trous au-dessus des bornes, insérer le fil
dans la borne, puis relâchez (Fig. 12/13). Fermez l'appareil en serrant le vis.
MAINTENANCE
Remplacement de la plaque
La maintenance peut être effectuée sur l'appareil encore installé sur le support. Ouvrir le
luminaire. Pour retirer la plaque, il suffit de dévisser la vis sur le sol (Fig. 14) et de retirer le
module (Fig. 15).
Replacement du ballast
Il est également possible de retirer le ballast en débranchant les câbles d'alimentation (Fig.
16) et le connecteur du PCB (Fig. 17). Desserrer les vis de fixation et retirer la plaque
de câblage en la faisant coulisser (Fig. 18-19).
RISQUE PHOTO-BIOLOGIQUE
Le dispositif d'éclairage devra être implanté de telle manière à empêcher une exposition
prolongée à une distance inférieure de 1,95m [6.3ft].

Führen Sie die Installation gemäß den geltenden Normen im Einsatzland durch. Die
Vorrichtung darf nur einschließlich der Schutzabdeckung verwendet werden. Wenn die
Schutzabdeckung beschädigt oder nicht funktionstüchtig ist, darf die Vorrichtung nicht
verwendet werden. Stellen Sie den ursprünglichen Zustand vor der erneuten Verwendung
wieder her. Die Vorrichtung entspricht der Schutzklasse II (Schutz durch doppelte oder
verstärkte Isolierung), achten Sie während der Installation drauf, dass freiliegenden
Metallteile nicht in elektrischem Kontakt mit Teilen der elektrischen Anlage gelangen, die
mit einem Schutzleiter verbunden sind. Diese Vorrichtung darf nur für den Zweck verwendet
werden, für den diese konzipiert wurde, nämlich für die Außenbeleuchtung. Jede andere
Verwendung gilt als unsachgemäß und gefährlich, der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden,
die durch unsachgemäße und unvernünftig Verwendung verursacht werden.
MONTAGE

Mittels der Gewindemuffe das Gerät an der Halterung anschrauben (Abb.1). Richten Sie
die Vorrichtung entsprechend der Verkehrsachse aus (Abb. 2). (Hinweis: für die korrekte
Orientierung des optischen Systems, müssen Sie eventuell eine halbe Umdrehung
herausdrehen Einheit). Ziehen Sie die Sicherungsschraube (1) in die Unterstützung mit
einer Kraft max entfernt. 6 Nm (Abb. 3). Den oberen Teil des Gerätes öffnen, indem die
Schraube gelöst wird (Abb. 4). Ca. 100 cm Kabel aus der Gewindemuffe herausziehen, und
schrauben Sie die Kabelverschraubung PG16 (Abb. 5).

Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung der Mutter durch Lösen der zwei Schrauben (Abb. 6). Legen Sie
das Gerät auf die Unterstützung. Richten Sie das Gerät in der auf dem Etikett am Rahmen
(Abb. 2) angegebenen Richtung aus. Ziehen Sie die Mutter G3/4 zugeführt(Abb. 7). Ziehen
Sie aus der Gewindehülse ca. 100 cm Kabel heraus (Abb. 8). Öffnen Sie durch Losdrehen der
Schraube den oberen angelenkten Geräteteil (Abb. 9). Heben Sie den Rahmen, lokalisieren
Sie den Ständer im Bereich der Kabeldurchführung, ziehen Sie das Kabel soweit ein, bis
es aus dem oberen Teil austritt. Setzen Sie dann die Abdeckung der Mutter wieder auf und
sichern Sie die diese mit den zwei Schrauben (Abb. 10).
STROMANSCHLUSS
Befestigen Sie das Netzkabel an der Kabelklemme an der Innenseite der Kappe (Abb. 11).
Streifen die einzelnen Drähte bis 8 mm, schieben Sie einen Schraubendreher in die Löcher
oberhalb der Klemmen Sie die Kabel an der Klemme, und lassen (Abb. 12/13). Schließen Sie
das Gerät durch Anziehen der Schraube.
WARTUNG
Ersetzung der Verdrahtungsplatte
Die Wartung kann auf der Vorrichtung durchgeführt werden, die noch an der Halterung
installiert ist. Leuchte öffnen. Um den Boden zu entfernen, lösen Sie einfach die Schraube
auf dem Boden (Abb. 14) und entfernen Sie das Modul (Abb. 15).
Ersetzung des Netzteils
Es ist zudem möglich, das Netzteil zu entfernen, indem die Stromkabel (Abb. 16) und der
Stecker der Leiterplatte getrennt werden (Abb. 17). Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben
und entfernen Sie die Verdrahtungsplatte durch eine Schiebebewegung (Abb. 18-19).
PHOTOBIOLOGISCHES RISIKO
Die Leuchte sollte so positioniert werden, dass kein direkter Blick in die Lichtquelle für
einen längeren Zeitraum bei einem Abstand von weniger als 1,95m [6.3ft].

Llevar a cabo la instalación de acuerdo con las normas vigentes en el país de instalación.
El aparato debe utilizarse únicamente si incluye la pantalla de protección. Si la pantalla
se encuentra dañada o rota, el aparato no debe ser utilizado. Restablecer las condiciones
originales antes de su reutilización. El aparato es de CL II en lo que respecta a su
aislamiento eléctrico; durante la instalación debe prestarse atención para que las partes
metálicas expuestas no entren en contacto eléctrico con partes de la instalación eléctrica
conectadas a un conductor de protección. Este aparato debe utilizarse exclusivamente para
el uso para el que fue diseñado, es decir, la iluminación de ambientes externos. Cualquier
otro uso es considerado inadecuado y peligroso, y el fabricante no puede ser considerado
responsable de daños derivados de un uso indebido o inapropiado.
MONTAJE

Atornillen el aparato al brazo de soporte, por medio del manguito roscado G3/4" (Fig.
1). Orientar el aparato correctamente respecto el eje vial (Fig. 2) (Nota: para la correcta
orientación del sistema óptico, es posible que tenga que desatornillar medio giro de la
unidad). Atornillar el tornillo de bloqueo situado en el soporte con una fuerza máx. 6 Nm
(Fig. 3). Desatornillen el tornillo y abran la parte superior del aparato (Fig. 4). Saquen del
manguito unos 100 cm de cable. Apriete el prensa cable PG16 (fig. 5).

Aflojar los dos tornillos de la base (Fig. 6) para extraer el coperchio. Apoyar el aparato sobre
el soporte. Orientar el aparato en la dirección que se indica en la etiqueta del bastidor (Fig.
2), y apretar el aparato (Fig. 7). Extraer 100 cm de cable aproximadamente del manguito
roscado, localizar el montante en correspondencia del pasacable (Fig. 8), introducir el cable
hasta que sobresalga por la parte superior. Aflojar el tornillo para abrir la parte superior
embisagrada del aparato (Fig. 9). Introducir el tapón de la tuerca y fijarlo (Fig. 10).
CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA
Fije el cable de alimentación a la abrazadera del cable en el interior de la tapa (Fig. 11). Pele
los cables individuales para 8 mm, empujar un destornillador en los orificios encima de los
terminales, inserte los cables dentro de la terminal, y luego suelte el destornillador (Fig.
12/13). Cierre el dispositivo apretando el tornillo.
MANTENIMIENTO
Sustitución placa
El mantenimiento puede efectuarse con el aparato instalado sobre el soporte. Abrir el
cuerpo. Para quitar el piso, simplemente desatornille el tornillo en el piso (Fig. 14) y retire
el módulo (Fig. 15).
Sustitución alimentador
También se puede retirar el alimentador desconectando los cables de alimentación (Fig. 16)
y el conector de la placa base (Fig. 17). Aflojar los tornillos de fijación y retirar la placa de
cableado deslizándola (Fig. 18-19).
RIESGO FOTOBIOLÓGICO
La luminaria debe colocarse de manera que no sea posible una observación prolongada del
aparato a una distancia inferior a 1,95m [6.3ft].
