Air filter element

The air filter element must be replaced
at the intervals specified in the periodic
maintenance and lubrication chart.
Replacing the air filter element
1. Place the vehicle on a surface and keep
it upright.
2. To remove the passenger seat.
3. To remove the rider seat.
4. Remove the air filter cover by removing
the screws (C).

5. Pull the air filter element out. (B).
6. Insert a new air filter element into the
air filter case.
7. Install the air filter case cover (A) by in-
stalling the screws (C).

Periodic maintenance and adjustment

Checking the engine idling speed

Check the engine idling speed and, if ne-
cessary, have it corrected by a Benelli de-
aler.

Engine idling speed:
1400-1600 r/min.
