Check for worn seals. Replace.

Disconnect air supply, re-fit nose equipment
carefully
DO NOT DEPRESS TRIGGER. Depress
emergency spin-off button. Tool should spin
off. Reset stroke. If not, disconnect air to tool.
Insert a 4 mm pin through nose casing slots
into Spindle 43. Turn until drive screw leaves
insert. Use new insert AND drive screw.
Reset stroke
Hold tool square to application when placing

Tighten
