SOSTITUZIONE DELLE MAZZE

Questa operazione va eseguita con motore
spento freno di stazionamento inserito e presa di
forza disinserita.
Si può effettuare il cambio delle mazze in un solo mo-
do:
Con la macchina collegata all'attacco a tre punti del
trattore.
•Aprire il cassone posteriore tramite il distributore idrau-
lico del trattore.
•La valvola di sicurezza ("A") garantisce maggiore sicu-
rezza per l'operatore bloccando il passaggio dell'olio
se si dovessero rompere accidentalmente i tubi idrau-
lici. (Fig. 17)
•Dopo aver aperto il cassone entrare nella zona sotto-
stante il raccoglitore (fig. 18)svitare il dado con
l'apposita chiave sostituire le mazze
trettante originali della casa costruttrice Peruzzo S.r.l.
E' consigliabile sostituire le mazze rotte o usurate
in coppie diametralmente opposte onde evitare
squilibri e vibrazioni del rotore. Fig. 20
E' importante quando si procede alla sostituzione
delle mazze, verificare lo stato di usura delle viti,
ed eventualmente sostituirle con pezzi originali.
Usare guanti di protezione onde evitare infortuni
dovuti agli spigoli taglienti dei coltelli.
INCONVENIENTI:
Le mazze usurate e non affilate creano sforzo sulle cin-
ghie e sul moltiplicatore, tagliando l'erba sfilaccian-
dola.
Questo inconveniente causa un maggiore consumo di
carburante, usura delle parti di trasmissione e imper-
fezione di taglio dell'erba.

REPLACEMENT OF FLAILS

This operation must be effected with power-off
engine, hand break engaged and PTO discon-
nected.
The replacement of flails can be made in one way
only:
With machine fitted to the 3 point linkage :
•Open the rear collector by hydraulic tractor distribu-
tor.
•The safety valve ("A") assure higher safety for the
user stopping the oil flow in case of accidental hy-
draulic tubes breackage (Fig. 17)
•After collector opening, enter inside the machine un-
der the collector area (fig. 18) and replace the worn
flails with proper spanner (fig. 19) with original parts
from Peruzzo S.r.l. company.
It is suggested to replace the flails diametrically
opposite in order to avoid lack of balance and
flails shaft vibration. Fig. 20
While replacing the flails, check carefully also
the wear of the bolts and nuts and if necesary,
replace them with original parts.
Use protecting gloves in order to avoid acci-
dents due to cutting edges of the flails.
TROUBLES:
The high worn flails or not sharpened can cause
stress on belts or on gear box, with consequent bad
cutting. This trouble cause an higher tractor fuel con-
sumption, ware of the transmission parts and uneven
grass cutting.
