USE OF THE MACHINE
Checking and suggestions before operating.
• These duties must be executed by the machine
user and after manual knowledge.
•
These checking must be done after, acti-
vating the tractor brake,
off, disconnecting the key from dashboard, in-
serting the gear and disconnecting the PTO.
• Check the machine integrity, the correct position
and safety devices operation.
• Check the right hydraulic tubes fitting to the trac-
tor plugs.
• Learn completely the use and meaning of every
tractor and machine use and features.
• Check the working field must be free from obsta-
cles (stones, metal ropes, holes or parts that
could obstruct the machine).
• Check that PTO shaft must have "CE" marks and
must be in good conditions as well as plastic
covering all along its width.
• Check the right working PTO shaft length (pag
16-17).
• Fit the PTO shaft to tractor PTO and than to ma-
chine PTO checking the machine gear box r.p.m.
the rotation direction (Clockwise or Anticlock-
wise) and the fitting way printed on PTO shaft
manual, ensure the safety PTO shaft devices as
given from its manufacturing company.

Lock the PTO shaft with its safety chains to
proper points on tractor and machine sides.

• Verifique o estado de integridade da
alfaia, bem como o posicionamento e o
funcionamento

• Verifique a ligação dos tubos hidráulicos
ao tractor.
• Decore o significado e a utilização dos
comandos de funcionamento.
• Inspeccione o terreno para localizar e
retirar eventuais
arames, tampas de esgoto salientes, etc.)
• Verifique se o cardan tem a marcação CE
e se está em bom estado, e verifique se a
protecção de plástico está danificada.
• Verifique o comprimento do cardan (pág.
16-17).
• Ligue o cardan à TDF do tractor e depois
à alfaia de acordo com o sentido de
rotação e de montagem indicado no
cardan e certifique-se de ter ouvido o
clique do empanque.
• Fixe os
(correntes) aos respectivos pontos.
