WARNING
• Use only Samsung brand replacement water filter.
- Genuine Samsung replacement filters are equipped with a QR code for verification.
- Always ensure the filter's authenticity by scanning the QR code.
• Third Party or counterfeit filters may be subject to cracking/leaking that could lead to
property damage.
• Samsung is not responsible for any damage that may occur from use of third-party or
counterfeit water filters.
NOTE
When the water filter is removed, water will not be supplied and therefore the ice maker
and dispenser will not operate.
The " Replace water filter" message appears on the main panel to let you know it is time
to replace the water filter. Before replacing the filter, make sure the main water supply is
shut off.
1. Shut off the main water supply.
2. Open the filter cartridge cover.
3. Turn the knob of the filter cartridge
counter clockwise 90 degrees (
