CONNECTING THE CONTROL UNIT

• Place the connector of the control unit through the triangle opening that you will find
on the side of the elasticated skirt.
• Insert the control unit connector (2) in the heated mattress cover connector (1) to
connect the control unit to the heated mattress cover.
• For the dual controls models, repeat this for the other side.
• Run the control unit cable along the floor next to the bed. Do not squash the control
unit cable between the mattress and the bed frame.
• Insert the plug of the control unit cable in the mains socket (3).
HEATED MATTRESS COVER OPERATION AND SETTINGS
To ensure the best possible well-being, the heated mattress cover is designed to warm only the
part of the bed from the feet area to just before the pillow.
The Wi-Fi command can be set manually or with Alexa.
Before configuring the control device so it can be used with Alexa, make sure you have an
Amazon account, an active and configured Alexa device, the Alexa app already configured on
your mobile device, and an active Wi-Fi network.
Proceed as follows:
• Insert the control device connector in the heated mattress cover connector (1) to join the two
elements. Insert the plug of the control unit cord into the power socket (3).
• Check the Wi-Fi button (16) is in the higher position
• Press the ON/OFF button (17) to switch on the appliance. The Wi-Fi LED (11) will flash,
indicating that the control device is not yet associated with Alexa.
• To associate the control device with Alexa:
a. Activate the Alexa app
b. Go to Devices
c. Select the + icon
d. Select Add device.
e. Select the «Thermostat» device type.
f. Frame the QR code (18) on the back of the control device.
g. Wait for Alexa to associate the device.
h. Rename the device with the user's name so as to identify your control device in the app.
You are advised to personalise each control device with the same name, writing it on the
back with a permanent marker pen or attaching a label so it's still clearly visible even after
detaching it when washing the bed warmer.
• If the control device QR code is illegible, the device can be associated with Alexa in the
