1.- Slip Fixture Wires (1) through Stem (2), Stem (3) and down through top openng
of Ground Stake (6). Thread Stem (2) Into coupling (4). Thread Stem (3) onto
Nipple (5)
2.- Thread Adapter (5) firmly down Into Progress 8618 Ground Stake (5) and make
connections to supply wres using W re Connector
stake down nto ground until top of stake ISeven wth grade (Figure 1).
3. Install Lamp (14) 12 volt, 18 watt wedge base (T 5, #921
CAUTION: All g ass IS fragile, use care when handl ng Glass Lens (8) and lamp
4 - Connect Fixture Wire (9) to selected 10 or 12 Ga Cable (10) wth the Wire
Connector Assembly (7) provided with fixture. (Fig. 2)
5.- Press 10 Ga. cable into slot marked
12 Ga. Lay the 18 Ga Wire into slot marked 18 Ga. (Fig. 2) Caution. Wires must
lay flat in the slot
6.- Assemble the Wre Connector
the connector with the Notch (12) in the wired half of the connector
7. Compress the two halves by securely tightening the Thread Cutting Screw (13),
forcing the contacts Into the wires (Fig. 2)
Note. Do not Install lum•nare within 5 feet of a poo , spa, or fountain
