BATTERY INSTALLATION

When installing the battery, make sure to distinguish between the positive and negative terminals.
Tighten the screws securely.
Warning: Tighten both screws securely.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

Note: The battery must be fully charged before starting for the first time.
•
Positive terminal (+): Connect the red clamp of the charger to the positive terminal of the
battery. The positive terminal is usually marked with a red cable or a "+" symbol.
•
Negative terminal (–): Connect the black terminal of the charger to the negative terminal of
the battery. The negative terminal is usually marked with a black cable or a "–" symbol.
•
Make sure that the clamps are firmly attached and securely fastened to the battery terminals.
•
Plug the charger into a power outlet. Charging usually starts automatically.
•
Red LED: The charger is active and charging the battery.
•
Green LED: The charging process is complete and the battery is full.
•
Once charging is complete (green LED), disconnect the charger:
•
First remove the clamps from the battery: start with the negative terminal clamp and then
the positive terminal clamp.
•
Unplug the charger from the power outlet.
•
Check that the battery is securely and correctly installed and that there are no loose
connections before putting the lawn tractor back into operation.
