Insert the wall connection body (nº 5) in the upper left quadrant of the crosshead mount, respecting the mea-
surements (Fig. 2). Secure on the outer side of the swimming pool with the O-ring and the wall connection nut.
4. ASSEMBLY:
The floodlamp is supplied with 3 m of cable (nº 4). It should be inserted through the conduit body (Fig. 4),
leaving 1.30 m of cable wound below the fastening clamps. This allows the floodlamp to be removed to the
edge of the pool in the event that the lamp change is required (Fig. 3).
Respect the 1.30 measurement as much as possible so that the floodlamp can subsequently be secured on the
wall efficiently and easily without interference by the cable.
Fully tighten the gland seal nut (nº 5) (Fig 5).
In order to secure the floodlamp to the crosshead mount, the decorative ring (nº 1) should be removed with a
screwdriver (Fig. 6).
Wind the cable properly in counter-clockwise direction. Raise the upper part marked as "TOP" slightly and
insert the floodlamp hook in the crosshead hole (Fig. 7).
Insert the 4.8 x 16 screw on the upper part. Next, mount the decorative ring (nº 1) so that the rectangle coin-
cides with the word "TOP".
5. MAINTENANCE:
To remove the floodlamp to the edge of the pool (Fig. 3) insert a screwdriver through the four grooves of the
decorative ring (Fig. 6) to detach the ring.
Remove the 4.8 x 16 screw (Fig. 8). Remove the floodlamp to the edge of the pool (Fig. 3).
Dismount the floodl amp, removing the nuts (no. 15) which secure the decorative ring (nº 1) to the screen and
plate unit (nº 10) in order to be able to reach the lamp (nº 11) (Fig. 9).
Pull on the lamp (nº 11) in order to detach it from the lamp holder (nº 8). Then, connect the new lamp (Fig. 10).
VERY IMPORTANT: To change the lamp, always use the cardboard protector and never touch the new lamp
with your bare hands.
Next, assemble the floodlamp in the opposite order of that described, with special care in winding the cable.
Wind two turns in counter-clockwise direction below the fastening clamps for the screen and plate unit (nº10)
(Fig. 11).
Attention:
• Before any handling ensure that there is NO voltage supplied to the floodlamp.
• The new lamp should have the same characteristics as that supplied with the floodlamp (100 W 12 V halogen
lamp).
• In order to ensure full watertightness, clean the seat of the floodlamp lens joint (nº 8) or replace this if any
permanent deformation or notches are visible.
6. START-UP:
Ensure that the voltage the lamp receives is never greater than 12 V.
The floodlamp should only operate underwater while secured to the vertical walls of the pool. Never switch on
the floodlamp if it is not underwater.

7. SAFETY WARNINGS:

• The persons who are in charge of assembly should have the required qualifications for this type of work.
• Avoid making contact with the electric voltage.
• Comply with the current standards regarding accident prevention.
• In this regard, the IEC 364-7-702 standards must be observed: WIRING IN BUILDINGS. SPECIAL WIRING.

• Any operation related to the maintenance or replacement of parts should be performed with the floodlamp
disconnected from the electric power system.
