Slide Wheel Brackets (10) onto Axle (7) aligning flat spot on bracket with flat spot on Axle (7).

Install and then tighten Hexnuts (25) at this time.

Hardware: (2x) 1/2"-20 Nyloc Hex Nut
Slide Wheel (11) and Washer (26) onto each Wheel Bracket (10) and secure with Cotter

Pin (27). Bend legs of Cotter Pin (27) to secure.

Hardware: (2x) 1/2" SAE Washer, (2x) 1/8" x 1-1/2" Cotter Pin
Hook the Tine Spring (14) into the cutout as shown (Figure E). Push the Tine Spring (14)

towards the center of the Spool (8) and twist until it locks into the slot (Figure F).
