Slide Axle (7) through Center Support (6) from side opposite knobs (5) on Drawbar (2). Note

that Axle Connector welded to axle (7) must be centered with hole in Drawbar Tube (2) for
alignment with Adjustment Handle in later step.

Axle Connector
Slide Washer (24), Bushings (22), Spools (8), and Spacer (23) onto Axle (7) as shown

(Figure C). Then push Side Plate (9) over Axle (7) to hold in place (Figure D).

Slide remaining Bushings (22), Spools (8), and Spacer (23) onto empty Axle (7). Then push

remaining Side Plate (9) over Axle (7). Install Hardware (19, 20, 21) on both Side Plates(9).
