Lean Top Plate (1) as shown and pre-install Washers (21) and Hex Bolts (18) (Figure A).

Next lay Top Plate as shown on flat surface or table with Hex Bolt (21) pointing up (Figure B).

Hardware: (4x) 5/16"-18 x 2-1/4" Hex Bolt, (4x) 5/16" USS Washer
Place Hitch Assembly (2) over bolts (18) and install Washers (21) and Hex Nuts (20) as

shown in the Front and Back holes.
Hardware: (2x) 5/16"-18 Nyloc Hex Nut, (2x) 5/16" USS Washer
Attach Center Plate (6) over middle Hex Bolts (18) with Washers (21) and Hex nuts (20).

Orient flange of Center Plate (6) away from knobs (5) on Drawbar. Tighten all hardware at
this time.

Hardware: (2x) 5/16"-18 Nyloc Hex Nut, (2x) 5/16" USS Washer
