Damage linked to the use of abrasive products or unsuitable maintenance.

Modifications, interventions or repairs carried out on the product without prior

agreement from the seller.
Damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear having regard to its

nature, function, composition and price.
Damage resulting from external causes such as: shock, negligence, fire, flooding,

vandalism, natural disaster, snow, bad weather, etc. In this case, we invite you to
contact your insurance.
Discoloration phenomena caused by natural or artificial light.

The appearance of rust or corrosion.
•
Premature discoloration or corrosion following use near the coast (within a 12

miles radius) or in a high heatwave risk area.
Damage to wearing or sensitive parts not reported upon receipt of the product

(inflatable elements, glass elements, moving parts, friction parts, protection or fall

Damage linked to intensive or professional use.
