that the stand remains stable and that the safety lock is engaged to
keep the stand locked in the work position.
Place the base with the water tank on the main tubes of the folding
stand, and align the holes of the tank with the holes of the stand.
Ensure that the fence of the main table is located at the handle
and wheel side of the stand. Also note that the arm mounting platform
with alignment pins are to the left rear of the stand.
Insert the safety pins in the holes to secure the water tank to the
stand. Once the pins are inserted through the stand and the water
tank, engage the wire safety clips over the end of the pins.
Note the alignment holes on each side of the bottom of the support
arm mounting surface. These two alignment holes will be mounted on
the alignment pins on the left rear of the aluminum base.
Set the support arm into the alignment pins and ensure that the
support arm fully rests on the aluminium base.
Fasten the support arm to the base using the M10 bolts and
washers. Firmly tighten the bolts.
Locate the miter guide plate at the back of the cutting head, and
position the cutting head at the 0 degree position.
Fasten the threaded lever with washer through the miter guide
plate, until miter movement is secure.
With the saw unplugged, open the blade cover by
unscrewing the knob.
Align and place the splash guard onto the inner blade guard and
install the supplied screw, washer, and spring. Firmly tighten the screw.
This saw only uses 10-inch blades. Do not attempt to
that is less than the speed of the saw.
If using RUBI Venom or VIP cutting blades with reinforced core,
use the optional arbor washers (ref. 58906).
Unplug the saw before installing or changing the
cutting blade.
Open the blade cover by rotating knob COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.
With the provided blade wrench, engage arbor nut, depress arbor
lock located under operating handle and rotate blade until arbor lock
engages. Remove arbor nut by rotating COUNTER-CLOCKWISE with
blade wrench and remove outer arbor washer from the motor shaft.
With the blade directional arrow pointing COUNTER-CLOCKWISE,
arbor washer.
Fit the outer arbor washer on the shaft so that it fully rests against
the blade, and tighten the arbor nut by hand.
Press the arbor lock button located under the operating handle,
clockwise direction.
Close the blade cover and tighten the knob.
To remove the cutting blade, press the arbor lock button
and loosen the nut with the blade wrench in an COUNTER-
CLOCKWISE direction.
Insert the table extension centering pins in the holes located on the
right of the work table.
Firmly screw in the locking knob to secure the position of the side
table extension.
Insert the water tray assembly tabs in the slots located on the right-
hand side of the work table and under the side table extension. Ensure
alignment tabs. Press until it is fully engaged.

Place the angle guide on the front fence of the work table.
Move the guide in the desired position and tighten the locking knob.
Insert the water tray assembly tabs in the slots located at the rear of
the water tank and push tray until fully engaged into water tank.
Place the pump in the water tank under the aluminium base and
secure it in position with the suction cups.
Before folding or unfolding the stand, lock the work
table to stop it from sliding ensure that the aluminum base is secured
to water tank with four locking knobs, remove the water trays and lock
the movement of the cutting head using the locking knobs and the
locking pin located next to the motor.
a. With the stand in the vertical position, grip the stand by the
handles and release the stand safety lock with your foot by
pushing the bottom tab upwards.
b. Pull the handles and carefully push the handles towards the
lock top tab downwards.
a. With the stand in the work position, grip the stand by the
handles and release the safety lock with your foot by pushing
the bottom safety lock tab upwards.
b. Lift the handles carefully until was reaches the vertical position.
c. Push the support bar with your foot until it engages in the safety
safety lock top tab downwards.
a. Hold the stand by the handles and tilt the saw back until it is
balanced on the wheels.
b. Keeping the saw balanced on the wheels, push the stand to the
destination location and set the saw in the transport position.
a. With the saw in the transport position, hold the stand by the
handles and move the saw so that the stand handles are facing
towards the vehicle. To prevent damage to vehicle loading
surface, ensure that rounded endcaps on handle are in place
and securely fastened to stand.
b. Tilt saw back towards vehicle until handles are resting evenly on
tailgate or loading surface. Ensure that handles are resting on
loading surface without the need to apply any additional support
to keep saw on loading surface.
c. Move to wheel end of saw, grasp rear leg support bar, pivot saw
upward, and slide saw into vehicle.

a. After removing support straps, position saw in vehicle so that
the wheels are facing to the rear of the loading surface while
ensuring that the wheels are not too close to the edge.
b. Firmly grasp rear leg support bar and slide saw rearward until
the handles are two to three inches from the end of the loading
surface. Any closer to the edge cause the saw to fall out of
vehicle. Ensuring that handles remain on the loading surface,
lower stand until wheels are safely on the ground. Ensure that
