• Spray the table with a hose, and then with a small brush and water
clean each part thoroughly to remove any trapped residue.
• Remove the drain plug and empty the dirty water in a bucket.
Clean the water tank by spraying it with a hose or using a wet cloth.
• Rinse the machine properly.
• Dispose of the waste water in accordance with local regulations.
• Replace the drain plug. Fully tighten.
• Dry the saw.
The sliding table can be removed to carry out maintenance and
cleaning tasks.
• Turn the travel limiter located at the rear of the aluminium base
until the slot is aligned with the table.
• Remove the table by moving it back towards you and at the same
WARNING: Take care not to knock the rails or the wheels of the table's
sliding system, to prevent faults or maladjustments.
If the table does not slide easily or there is free play between the rails
and wheels, it moves from side to side, or it is misaligned with the
cutting blade, then adjustments must be made.
The laser guide has been set in the factory, but may have become
misaligned during transport or with the passage of time. If it is
detected that the laser indication does not coincide with the cutting
line, it must be adjusted.

• Move the laser support to the left or to the right until the laser is
correctly aligned with the cut on the tile.
• Once the laser is aligned, tighten the adjustment screw.
• Close the blade cover.
• Open the blade cover.
• Loosen set screw B, located to the right of the laser guide, a
quarter-turn in order to be able to adjust the laser.
• Turn the angle of the laser in the clockwise or COUNTER-
CLOCKWISE direction until the laser line is correctly aligned with
the cut on the tile.
• Once the laser is aligned, tighten the set screw.
• Close the blade cover.
The blade angle has been set in the factory, but if the angle is not
correct, it must be adjusted.
• Loosen the miter locking lever located at the rear of the cutting head.
• Place a carpenter's square next to the blade and resting
on the table.
• Loosen the locking nut and with a hexagonal key, rotate the 0°
adjustment screw until the blade is square with the table and the
adjustment screw rests on the saw arm.

head and tilt the cutting head to the 45° mark.
• Place a 45° square against the blade and adjust the head to 45°.

• Loosen the locking nut and with a hexagonal key, rotate the 45°
adjustment screw until the blade is at 45° from the table and the
adjustment screw rests on the saw arm.

the adjustment.
Inspect the carbon brushes regularly.
• With the saw unplugged, remove the brush covers located on the
sides of the motor by turning counter-clockwise with a regular
screw driver and remove the brushes to check their condition.
• Keep the brushes clean and sliding freely in their housing.
• When the brushes reach the end of their useful life, always replace
them with original spare brushes.
• Replace acceptably inspected or new brushes in reverse order
and replace brush covers by tightening clockwise with a regular
screwdriver.
