Some parts of the stand are moving parts. When
fastening the various parts of the stand, ensure that you do not
obstruct the folding parts. Fasten the stand joints so that they can
rotate, but without having any side play.
To facilitate the assembly, parts that must go together
have been marked with letters. Match the letters for correct assembly.
(Picture 3)
a. Mount the spacers B on the support bar A and fasten the
member to the front right and left lower leg supports using
the M6 bolts.
b. Mount the wheels on the front feet, using the nut and washer.
Ensure that the wheel rotates freely after tightening the nut.
(Picture 4)
a. Assemble the upper and lower leg supports by pairing the
letters with the letters located on the front leg supports. (G to
G and C to C)
Assemble the front leg supports with the upper
leg support on top so that the locking bar rests on the
closing mechanism.
b. Fasten the leg supports by placing the spacers A between the
upper leg supports and the lower leg supports, and pass the M8
bolt through the legs. Secure the joint with the nut in such a way
that the leg supports can rotate with respect to the legs, but
without there being any side play.
(Picture 5)
a. Fit the spacers B on the support bars B and C and fasten the
support bars to the rear legs with the M6 bolts.
b. Fit one of the rear legs to the front leg supports by matching the
the rear leg and the spacers A, then secure joint with nut as
previously explained. (D to D and H to H)
Assemble the front leg supports to the rear legs with the
front upper leg support on top of support bar B so that legs can
open in the correct orientation.
A between them, pass the M8 bolt through the rear leg and the
spacers A, then secure joint with nut as previously explained. (D
to D and H to H)
(Picture 6)
a. Join the left main tubes to the assembled leg structure by
matching the letters, pass the M8 bolt through the top of
as previously explained. Raise the leg assembly so that the
matching letter meet with the left main tube and upper front legs
support. (A to A and B to B).
b. Fasten the right main tube with same method just performed on
the left main tube (E to E and F to F).
The handles of the main tubes should be on the same
side as the wheels with the handles pointing slightly outward.
Once the stand is assembled, check that it functions
correctly by folding into transport position and unfolding to work
position. Check that the stand remains stable in the work position and
that there is no play between the various parts.
Check that the safety lock functions correctly, both in its transport
and working position.
Do not attempt to mount the base and water tank on
the stand without having satisfactorily completed the assembly of
the folding stand. Ensure the work table is locked to stop it from
sliding and that the aluminum base is secured to water tank with four
locking knobs.
