Read and understand the safety and operating instructions of both this manual, and your engine
manual.
CHECKLIST

INSPECT THE PLATE COMPACTOR
Check all the bolts, nuts, and belts. Tighten any if necessary.

2. Check the general condition of the plate compactor and its components. Clean any foreign
material (dirt, fragments, etc.) from the unit that may have been thrown off, causing injury.
