8.1 Parameter setting via PC and IO-Link interface
► Prepare computer, software and interface → Observe the operating instructions
for the respective devices / software → 7.1).
► Connect unit with IO-Link interface ( →accessories).
► Follow the menu of the IO-Link software�
► Set the parameters, adjustable parameters (→ 8.3).
► remove IO-Link-Interface�
► Put the unit into operation�
8.1.1 Parameterization during operation
► Ensure that the sensor is connected to an IO-Link-capable module (master) (→
7�1)�
► Read the sensor with suitable IO-Link software -> Observe the operating
instructions for the respective software�
► Carry out parameter setting, adjustable parameters: → 8.3,
system commands: → 8.4
► Check whether the parameter assignment has been accepted by the device. If
necessary, read the device again�
► Check that the appliance is working properly.
