Hinweise zur Montage der Leitungs-
durchführungen:
Beim Einbau der Leitungsdurchführungen
in Gehäuse der Zündschutzart Druckfeste
Kapselung sind die Bedingungen gemäß
IEC/EN 60079-1 zu beachten.
Die Anzahl der im Eingriff befindlichen
Gewindegänge muss mindestens 5 Ge-
windegänge betragen. Bei einem Gehäu-
sevolumen ≥ 100 cm³ muss die Ein-
schraubtiefe mindestens 8 mm betragen.
Die Gewindebohrungen, in welche die
Leitungsdurchführungen
werden, müssen die Mindestanforde-
rungen nach Abschnitt 5.3, Tabelle 3, er-
füllen.
Die Leitungsdurchführungen werden von
der Innenseite des druckfesten Gehäuses
eingeschraubt und sind gegen Verdrehen
und
Selbstlockern
zu
Beispiel durch Sicherungsbleche oder
durch Verkleben der Gewindefläche).
Um die Stellung der Klemmen
schlitze und -stellen auszurichten, sind
gegebenenfalls Abstandsringe zu ver-
wenden.
Zudem sind beim Einbau der Leitungs-
durchführungen die Luft- und Kriechstre-
cken entsprechend der Bemessungs-
spannung einzuhalten.
Durch eine zu große Wandstärke können
die
Kriechstrecken
auf
zulässigen Wert vermindert werden; dies
kann durch Absenkung der Wandung
verhindert werden (siehe Skizze).

Instructions for fitting the feed-through
connectors:
When fitting feed-through connectors to a
Flameproof protection type enclosure, the
requirements of IEC/EN 60079-1 must be
observed.
The number of threads available must be
at least 5. If the enclosure volume is
≥ 100 cm
at least 8 mm.
The tapped holes into which the feed-
through connectors will be screwed must

The feed-through connectors are screwed
in from the inside of the flameproof
enclosure and must be prevented from
rotating or unscrewing (e.g. with a locking

plate or by gluing the threaded surface).
If necessary, use spacers to
align the terminal positions.
Further, when fitting the feed-through
connectors, the air gaps and tracking
distances must be related to the rated
voltage.
If the sides of the enclosure are too thick,

an impermissible value. This can be
avoided by reducing the thickness of the
enclosure side (see sketches).

Remarques concernant le montage des
traversées:
Lors du montage des traversées dans le
boîtier
en
mode
antidéflagant, les conditions suivantes
conformes à la norme CEI/EN 60079-1
sont à respecter:
Le nombre de rainures dans la prise doit
être de 5 au minimum. Pour un volume
de boîtier ≥ 100 cm³ la pénétration doit
être d'au moins 8 mm.
Les trous taraudés, dans lesquels sont
vissées les traversées, doivent remplir les

tableau 3.
Les traversées sont vissées à l'intérieur
du boîtier antidéflagrant et doivent être
assurées
contre
la
dessérage (par ex. avec un pièce de
blocage ou en collant la surface filetée).
Pour arrêter la position des points de
raccordement, utillisez le cas échéant
des bagues de distance.
De plus, lors du montage des traversées,
les distances d'isolement et lignes de
fuite doivent être maintenues en rapport
avec la tension assignée.
Une épaisseur de paroi trop importante
pourrait réduire les lignes de fuite à une
valeur non autorisée. Cela peut être évité
en diminuant l'épaisseur de la paroi
(voir dessins).
