Always use the Shoulder harness strap when using the
machine.
1. Attach the Shoulder harness strap to the Shoulder
harness strap fixing accessory;
2. Adjust the strap so that the left hand can comfortably
hold the handle at approximately waist height;
3. Make sure the couplings are secure.
When using the machine, you should take into
consideration some care and procedures of use in order to
avoid accidents, damage and to increase the efficiency of
the machine:
▪ Ensure that the machine is started at a distance of more
than 3m from the supply local;
▪ Always hold the machine with both hands and keep it on
the right side of your body;
▪ Keep the cutting accessories below waist level, thus
reducing the risk of being hit by projected objects during
operation;
▪ Do not use the machine to cut branches or logs or wood.
If you try to cut logs above the recommended size, the
machine may regress and cause accidents to the user;
▪ When the machine is on idle speed, the cutting
accessory is not rotating. Otherwise, contact technical
assistance to make an inspection and solve the problem;
▪ If you hear an unusual noise or the brush cutter vibrate
abnormally, stop working and identify the cause;
▪ Never use the machine without the protection of the cut
accessories placed or damaged.
1. Close the air control valve. Move the CHOKE lever until it
touches the top;
If the engines are warm or the air temperature is high, do
not close the air control valve.
2. Press the carburetor pump several times until the pump
is filled with petrol. Check that the fuel tube is full, then
the carburetor is filled with fuel;
3. Set the "ON/OFF" switch to position (I);
4. Press the safety switch and the throttle lever
simultaneously. Press the lock button to lock the throttle;
5. Hold the machine with one hand and pull the handle of
the starter. Pull slowly until you feel some resistance,
then pull hard until the engine starts to run;
6. After the engine is started, the machine operates at an
intermediate speed between idle speed and maximum
speed. If you want to run the engine at idle speed, press
and release the throttle lever;
7. A few seconds after the start, open the air control valve.
Move the CHOKE lever until it touches the bottom of the
air.
When the starter handle returns to the original
position, the hand and arm can be moved quickly
towards the combustion engine.
Let the engine warm up at idle speed for a few
seconds before using it.
1. Release the throttle lever and set the "ON/OFF" switch to
position (0);
2. If the throttle is locked with the locking button, press and
release the throttle lever;
3. Set the "ON/OFF" switch to position (0).
In case of imminent danger or emergency, stop the engine
immediately. Set the "ON/OFF" switch to (0).
After starting, the engine is running at an intermediate
speed between idle and maximum speed.
When using the machine continuously, with the throttle
lock button pressed, the engine runs at constant
intermediate speed.
The engine speed is set by means of the throttle lever.
1. If the throttle lever is not pressed, the engine runs at idle
speed;
2. With the throttle lever fully pressed, the engine reaches
its maximum speed.
Adapt the engine speed to the type of work you are going to
do. Remember, the higher the engine speed, the greater the
noise and fuel consumption.
