5. Place the longitudinal member (Fig. 5, item 4) onto
the two side frames.
6. Insert the viewing glass (Fig. 5, item 3) into the pro-
tective frame and secure it using two hexagon bolts
M6 x 65.
7. The longitudinal members (Fig. 5, item 1) and
(Fig. 5, item 2) must be affixed to the EPS collec-
tor using studs. To do so, gently screw in the studs
M5 x 10 from the inside as far as they will go. Then
screw in the studs M5 x 20 from the outside and
tighten.

8. Secure the viewing glass using two clamping claws
(Fig. 6, item 1).

9. Insert the rubber buffers (Fig. 7, item 2) (6 pcs) into
the designated holes on the longitudinal member
and side frame. To do so, lightly coat the rubber buf-
fers with test oil.
10. Secure the bolts (Fig. 7, item 1) (3 pcs) using a
hexagon socket head bolt M5 x 10 and washer.

Assembly of rear splash guard housing

1. Remove the rear hinge bolts (Fig. 8, item 1) from the
front splash guard housing. Set the rear mounting
plates aside.
