LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any damages, including property da-
mage, moral damage and/or bodily injury, suffered by the EAB owner, user
and/or by any third party resulting from:
→ The failure to comply with the assembly instructions of the EAB set
out in the Assembly Guide included with the EAB;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for the intended use of the
EAB set out in the Owner's Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the current legislation and regulations
regarding the use of the EAB in any country, state, territory or
province where the EAB is used or will be used;
→ The failure to comply with the battery safety instructions set out in
the Owner's Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for initial battery charging
set out in the Owner's Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for charging,
maintenance, storage and replacement of the battery set
out in the Owner's Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for maintenance, storage
and replacement of the charger set out in the Owner's Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for the EAB maintenance
set out in the Owner's Manual;
→ The failure to comply with the instructions for the EAB storage set out
in the Owner's Manual;
→ The inexperience of the EAB user and/or the failure of the EAB user to
develop a sufficient knowledge of the driving and the operation of
the EAB to provide him with a level of appropriate ability and safety;
