All EAB users must comply with the current legislation and regulation regar-
ding the use of the EAB in any country, state, territory or province where the
EAB is used or will be used, which includes but is not limited to:
→ The required minimal age to use the EAB;
→ The rules regarding the driving of the EAB on public road;
→ The rules regarding the driving of the EAB off a public road;
→ The rules regarding the user's mandatory protection equipment to
use the EAB, including but not limited to wearing a helmet. EBGO
strongly recommends to wear a helmet at all times while using the EAB;
→ The norms regarding the mandatory security and visibility
equipment for an EAB, including but not limited to the reflectors and
the lights on the EAB.
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any property damage, moral damage
and/or bodily injury suffered by the EAB user and/or by any third party re-
sulting from the ignorance or the failure to comply to the current legislation
and regulations regarding the use of the EAB in any country, state, territory or
province where the EAB is used or will be used.
