→ Do not use a battery or a charger which is dusty or covered with any
substance. Clean the battery or the charger beforehand with a dry
cloth;
→ Do not use a damaged battery, charger or power cord;
→ Do not use the charger if the connectors are damaged or dirty;
→ Regularly check the battery and the charger to identify any damage;
→ Do not use the battery or the charger if it heats unusually, emits an
unusual smell, abnormal sounds and/or smoke, if the indicator light
of the battery or the charger does not light up or if anything appears
abnormal;
→ Ensure compliance with the order of connection of the battery
and the charger set out at the following subsection entitled
"INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHARGING THE LITHIUM BATTERY";
→ Only connect the charger to an electrical outlet of AC 110V. The use
of a converter or extension cord is permitted;
→ Do not continue to charge the battery if the charge is not completed
at the end of the theoretical charging time of two (2) hours (for
more details, see the following subsection entitled "INSTRUCTIONS
FOR BATTERY CHARGING");
→ Do not let the charger on when the battery is not connected;
→ Do not touch the battery or the charger with wet hands;
→ Never touch the hot surfaces of the battery;
→ Do not touch for too long the charger or the battery during the
charge to avoid burns and any other injury;
→ Do not let keep the battery or the charger within reach of children.
Extreme caution is called for;
→ Always refer to EBGO customer service for any question
regarding the EAB battery or charger, including but not limited to
the inspection, maintenance, repair and/or adjustment of the
battery and charger;
