WARNINGS ON THE USE OF THE
ELECTRICALLY ASSISTED BICYCLE
COMPLIANCE WITH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS OF THE EAB
Any person proceeding to the assembly of the EAB must comply with
the assembly instructions set out in the Assembly Manual included
with the EAB.
Failure to comply with the assembly instructions set out in the Assembly Ma-
nual included with the EAB can lead to the malfunction, breakage and/or pre-
mature wear of the components and/or the parts of the EAB, which can lead
to accidents, cause property damages, cause injury to the EAB user and/or to
a third party, and/or cause the death of the EAB user and/or of a third party.
Failure to comply with the assembly instructions set out in the Assembly Ma-
nual included with the EAB voids EBGO limited warranty. This includes, but is
not limited to, any alteration or modification as well as any addition or wit-
hdrawal to the EAB, to its components and/or to its parts.
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any property damage, moral damage
and/or bodily injury suffered by the EAB user and/or by any third party re-
sulting of the failure to comply with the assembly instructions set out in the
Assembly Manual included with the EAB.
Any alteration, modification as well as any addition or removal to the EAB, to
its components and/or to its parts subsequent to the assembly of the EAB
which do not comply to the assembly instructions set out in the Assembly
Manual included with the EAB also voids EBGO limited warranty.
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any property damage, moral damage
and/or bodily injury suffered by the EAB user and/or by any third party resul-
ting from any alteration, modification as well as any addition or removal to
the EAB, to its components and/or to its parts subsequent to the assembly
of the EAB which do not comply to the assembly instructions set out in the
Assembly Manual included with the EAB also voids EBGO limited warranty.
