Clock
This meter shows the current time.
Repeatedly push and release the "mode"
button until the indicator on the face of
the meter points to "TIME." To set the
clock, be sure the meter is in the "TIME"
mode. Press the "set" button; the hour
display will begin blinking. Press the
"mode" button until the desired hour is
displayed. Press the "set" button again,
the minute display will begin blinking.
Press the "mode" button until the desired
minute is displayed. Press the "set" but-
ton again to start the clock.
NOTE:
The clock operates on battery power. Dis-
connecting the battery will stop the clock.
Reset the clock after connecting the bat-
tery.

Fuel meter
The fuel level is displayed by eight seg-
ments. When all segments are showing,
the fuel is full.

The Yamaha fuel tank sensor is different
from a conventional-type sensor. A
wrong setting of the selector switch on
the meter will give incorrect readings.
Consult Yamaha dealer for correct set-
ting.
NOTE:
The fuel reading can be affected by the
position of the sensor in the fuel tank and
the attitude of the boat in the water. Oper-
ation with bow-up trim or continuous
turning can give false readings.
