into worktops.
• Do not use the appliance as room heater.
• For a safe switch-off, pull the power plug after each use.

Reversible grill plate

On the side with the ribbed surface, you can
prepare all kinds of meat and fi sh specialities
with the typical grill marks.

Non-stick coating

• Grill plate and pans are equipped with a high quality non-stick coating. The protective coating is especially
easy to clean and prevents food from sticking onto the surface. To make sure that you benefi t from the
non-stick effect for a long time, please do not clean the grill plate and grill pans in the dishwasher!
ATTENTION: Do not scratch or cut on the grill plate and in the pans. Never use cooking
utensils made of metal, as this will damage the non-stick coating.
Scratched or overheated pans resp. grill plates are not subject to warranty.

Prior to initial use

• Wipe the casing and the heating element with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. Clean the pans, the
small spatulas and the grill plate with warm water and some detergent before using them for the fi rst time.
• Prior to initial use, the protective coating of the heating elements must be burnt-in.
To do so, heat up the appliance – without pans! –approximately 10 minutes at maximum setting.
• Please do not be bothered by the slight and harmless appearance of smoke and smell for a short while.
• Please care for a good aeration of the room during that time.
You can use the smooth side with the two
embossed crêpes forms for sweat dishes and
for grilling fruit and vegetable.
