FRONT CROSS RAIL
RIGHT HAND
¼-20 X 2-1/2"
• Attach front cross rail assembly to side rail assemblies using
HEX BOLT
• Note: Attach cross rail assembly with set screws facing
• Firmly tighten all ¼-20 hex bolts.
• Reinstall locking end caps and lock onto crossbars, 4 places.
• Double check that all connections are tight.

Assemble Front Cross Rail:
• Insert connector tube into left front cross rail and
secure into position using (2) ¼-20 x .250 set
screws.
• Firmly tighten set screws.
• Note: Leave approximately 2.0" of connector tube
exposed as shown.
• Slide right front cross rail onto connector tube and
secure into position using (2) ¼-20 x .250 set
screws.
• Firmly tighten set screws.
Attach Front Cross Rail Assembly:
(4) ¼-20 x 2-1/2" long hex bolts, (2) bottom clamps, and
(4) locknuts as shown.
