• Place the assembled side rails on to the plastic adapters,
• Secure side rails to L-Brackets using (1) Clamp Bracket,
• Install (2) #8 self tapping screws into the side rails as shown.
• Adjust side rails to desired width and firmly tighten

Attach (4) L-Brackets to truck rack crossbars:
• Remove locking end caps from crossbars.
• Select location of L-Brackets and plastic adapters.
Note, DO NOT extend plastic adapters past ends of
crossbars.
• Trim buffer strip to clear T-Bolts.
Note, the buffer strips tuck under the plastic adapters.
• Install T-Bolts into crossbar channels
• Install plastic adapter & L-Brackets onto T-Bolts and
loosely install the 5/16 locknuts onto T-Bolts.
NOTE: L-Brackets can be mounted inboard or outboard
of side rails to best suit use.
Attach Side Rail Assemblies to Truck Rack:
against the L-Brackets.
(2) ¼-20 x .750 long hex bolts and (2) lock washers,
4 places.
(optional)
all (4) 5/16 locknuts
¼" LOCK WASHER
¼-20 X ¾" HEX BOLT
#8 x 5/8" TAPPING SCREW
